Rajasthan Ispat Udyog

Rajasthan Ispat Udyog is at E-350 on Road No.15 in the V.K.I. Area. This is a big industrial zone so there is always a lot of smoke and noise in the air. We have been operating out of this unit for several years now. It’s a large space but we’ve managed to fill it up with all sorts of industrial products and heavy machinery. Working in V.K.I. means you are always in the middle of the action. Trucks are constantly moving up and down Road No.15 and the energy is quite high. We don't have a lobby with air conditioning or anything like that. Our office is just a corner of the warehouse with a couple of fans that move the warm air around. We spend our days checking the inventory and making sure the loaders are doing their jobs right. It is a tough environment but we like the grit of it. We don't talk much about "visions" or "goals," we just want to get the trucks loaded and the paperwork filed before the sun goes down. Most of our staff have been with us since the beginning and we are like a small family. We drink our tea together in the afternoons and wait for the traffic to clear up a bit. It’s just a standard day in the industrial area for us, keeping things moving and dealing with the heat. It’s noisy and dusty but it’s ours.
