Rajasthan Export Promotion Council

We sit inside Udhyog Bhawan on Tilak Marg. It’s in the C-Scheme area of Jaipur, which is a pretty central part of the city. We are part of the Directorate of Industries setup. Our job at the Rajasthan Export Promotion Council is basically to help people who want to sell things outside of the state. The office feels like a typical government-style building. High ceilings, old wooden desks, and piles of files that never seem to get smaller. It’s a bit formal but the people here are quite helpful. You’ll see a lot of visitors coming in with questions about licenses or trade fairs. It’s not a flashy place. We don’t have modern art on the walls or glass partitions. It’s more about traditional office work. We spend our days going through circulars and helping local businesses understand the rules. C-Scheme is a nice area with lots of trees and old buildings. We usually walk out for lunch or grab something from the nearby stalls. It’s a very steady pace of work. We aren't trying to sell you anything ourselves. We are just here to provide the information and support that exporters need. It’s more of a service-oriented vibe. We’ve been in this building for quite some time.
