My place is located at 46 Tonk Phatak on Devi Path, right in the Kanota Bagh area near Jln Marg. It’s a busy intersection of town, so there is always noise from the traffic and people moving about. My name is Raj Kumar Goyal, and I’ve been operating from this location for quite some time. It’s a small space, filled with the things I need to do my job every day. I don’t have any polished marketing slogans. I just open up in the morning and see who comes through the door. Some days are slow and I spend them tidying up or catching up on news, while other days are so packed I barely have time to sit. It’s a practical way to live. I know most of the other shopkeepers and residents around here, so it feels like a community. The building itself is older, and you can see the wear on the doorframe, but it’s solid. I handle my own accounts and my own inventory. It can be a lot of pressure sometimes, but it’s mine. I don't try to be anything I'm not. If I can help someone with what they’re looking for, I will. If not, I’ll tell them honestly. That’s just how I prefer to do things. It's simple, honest work that keeps me going. I don't really have a staff, so if something needs doing, I'm the one to do it. From sweeping the floor to handling the money, it's all on me.
