Raghav Agencies

Raghav Agencies is situated at B 74 on Rajendra Marg in Bapu Nagar. We have a small place that is packed from floor to ceiling with all kinds of supplies. It is a trading business, so we are always moving boxes in and out. The street outside is usually crowded with people going to the market, which can make it hard for the delivery vans to park. We have been here for a long time and know almost everyone on the block. Our office is just a desk tucked into a corner behind some crates. We don't have any staff in uniforms or a big sign with lights. It is just us handling the phone calls and making sure the orders go out on time. We often have people from the neighborhood dropping by just to say hello or ask for something small. We don't have a website or any online presence. We prefer doing business face-to-face or over a simple phone call. It is a bit disorganized at times, especially when a big shipment arrives and we have nowhere to put it. We just shuffle things around until it fits. It is a very traditional way of working, but it has served us well for years. We close the shutters in the evening and head home like everyone else. It is a quiet, simple life running a local agency in a busy part of town.
