R. S. Engineers

Running R. S. Engineers out here near the Rajawas bus stand means we see a lot of life on the move. Being right on the National Highway No -11, or the old N.H-52 as people still call it, keeps us on our toes. It is dusty and the trucks never seem to stop rumbling past. We are right here in Tehsil Amer, and most days the sun is pretty harsh on the workshop floor. We aren't trying to be some corporate giant. We just fix what is broken and try to help the people who stop by. Sometimes a driver comes in with a problem that takes all afternoon to figure out. Other times, it’s just a quick thing for a local farmer. We have a lot of tools lying around and things aren't always perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. The crew here is just a few guys who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We drink a lot of tea while we look at engines or parts. It is a simple way of living. We’ve been at this spot for a good while and the locals know to look for us near the bus stand. There isn't much to say other than we show up every morning and do the work. The highway is always loud, but you get used to it after a few years. It’s just how things go for us.
