QUENA RESORTS AND HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Jagatpura in Jaipur. We are specifically located at E-9, Alliance Amrit, near the Bank office extension in Ramnagariya. The 302017 area has grown a lot lately. We’ve seen many new buildings go up since we started. Our office is just a regular room where we handle all the bookings and the planning. It’s not fancy. We have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of files. Most of our work is making sure the hotels we manage are running okay. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of experts. It’s mostly just us and a few staff members who have been with us for years. We like being in Jagatpura because it’s a bit quieter than the city center, though it's catching up fast. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know the neighbors and the shopkeepers nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Rajasthan. We just want to do our jobs well and go home to our families. Every day brings a new challenge, like a leaky roof or a booking mistake, but we just fix it and move on. That’s how we’ve always operated. We don't make a big fuss about anything. It’s just work.
