Precision Rollers & Bearings

Our place is over in Sitapura, at F-7178. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but this is where all the industrial action happens anyway. We deal with rollers and bearings all day, so there is usually a bit of grease on someone's hands and the sound of machines in the background. It’s not a quiet office by any means. The shed gets quite hot in the summer months, so we have those big fans running constantly just to keep the air moving. We’ve been at this specific plot for a good while now. Most days are spent checking inventory or making sure the orders are packed right for the local transport guys to pick up. Sometimes the delivery trucks show up late and we have to wait around, but that’s just part of the routine in Sitapura. We don’t have a fancy reception area with coffee machines; it’s more of a desk and some chairs where we talk about the day's tasks. Most of the guys here live nearby or commute in from the outskirts. We focus on getting the work done and making sure the parts are ready when people need them. It’s straightforward work. No one wears a suit here, just work clothes that can take a bit of dirt. We like it that way because it feels real and we know our way around the workshop without thinking too much about it. It’s just a regular industrial day for us.
