Precision Engineering Private Limited is located over on Gopalpura Lal Khoti Marg. We’ve been here for a while, and the workshop is the heart of what we do. It’s a place filled with the sounds of metal being cut and the smell of industrial oil. We have several machines that we use every day to make parts. It’s not a clean or quiet environment; there’s always something being hammered or a lathe spinning. We don't have a team of marketing experts or any slick brochures to hand out. The staff here are mostly guys who like working with their hands and understand how machines work. We wear work clothes that usually have a few stains on them. The office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main floor where we keep the blueprints and some basic files. Gopalpura is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get our materials delivered. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or big corporate goals. We just take the specifications we’re given and try to make the parts as they should be. It’s repetitive and sometimes it’s hard work, especially when it’s hot outside. But we’ve got a good rhythm going and we just keep at it day after day. We’re just a local engineering shop doing our bit on Lal Khoti Marg.
