Pratap Bhawan

Pratap Bhawan is located at A-4 on Jamnalal Bajaj Marg in C-Scheme. It’s a well-known building in a pretty decent part of the city. We spend our days here managing the property and making sure everything is working like it should. It’s a mix of office work and walking around to check on things. The building has a lot of character even if it shows its age in some spots. We have a small office on the ground floor where we keep all the keys and records. Most of the time we are just dealing with regular maintenance stuff like leaky pipes or fixing a light that went out in the hallway. It’s not a glamorous job but it keeps us busy from morning to evening. C-Scheme is a nice area with lots of trees and other offices nearby. We get a lot of people coming through the doors for various reasons. We try to keep the place tidy but with so many people around it’s a constant task. The furniture in our office is old and mismatched but it’s comfortable enough for us to sit in all day. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the building stays in good shape for everyone who uses it. It’s just about doing a decent job every day and then going home. We are here every single day.
