Prakash Watch Company

Prakash Watch Company is located in the Royal Plaza, right opposite Gupta Market near Amrapali Circle. If you know Vaishali Nagar, you know this is a pretty busy spot to be. We are right in the thick of it. The shop is mostly dedicated to watches, and we have a lot of them. You can hear the faint sound of many clocks ticking if you stand still for a second, though with the noise from Amrapali Circle, it's rarely that quiet. We do a lot of repairs here. People bring in everything from fancy luxury watches to the simple ones they wear to work every day. We sit at the back under a bright lamp to see the tiny parts. It’s the kind of work that makes your eyes tired by the end of the day, but it’s what we do. The Royal Plaza is a nice building, and being across from Gupta Market means there is always someone passing by. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just fix watches. If a spring is broken or the glass is cracked, we see if we can get the parts and put it back together. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it here for a while now. Most of our customers come back because they know we are just down the street and won't give them a hard time. We just keep our heads down and work on the clocks.
