Prakash Chand Swami Adv

My name is Prakash Chand Swami and I am an advocate. My office is located at 85 A Ram Nagar Extn on Shiv Path in Sodala. It is a residential area, so it is usually a bit quieter than being right on the main road. I have my office set up on the ground floor. There are shelves full of law books and files that I have collected over the years. People from the neighborhood and around Jaipur come to see me when they have legal troubles or need some documents checked. I don't have a big team of lawyers working for me. It is mostly just me and a clerk who helps with the filing. I like to sit down with people and listen to their stories. Law can be very confusing for most folks, so I try to explain things in a way that makes sense. I don't use a lot of fancy legal talk if I can help it. My desk is usually covered in papers, but I know where everything is. Shiv Path is a nice street, and I have lived and worked here for a long time. I don't advertise in the newspapers or on billboards. People find me when they need help. I try to be fair with my time and my fees. Most days I am either here in the office or over at the courts dealing with cases. It’s a busy life but I enjoy helping out the people who walk through my door.
