Our place is at number 29, Edar ka Nohra. If you know where the Shreenath Temple is, we are located right near there. Pmsd Leather Private Limited isn’t a place with a big glowing sign or anything flashy. It’s just where we handle all our daily leather work. The smell of raw leather is the first thing you notice when you step inside the doors. It’s a strong scent, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of the morning sorting through the hides that come in. Some are better than others, so you really have to have a good eye for it. The temple nearby means there is always some chanting or bells ringing in the background, which is actually quite nice while we focus on the task at hand. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to get the orders right and out the door on time for the people waiting. The office is just a simple desk with a lot of papers and some old chairs for visitors. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town, so we just sit outside in the shade and wait for it to come back. It gives us a good chance to talk to the neighbors. We do things the old way, mostly by hand and with simple tools. It's messy and our hands usually have some stains on them by evening.
