Piplu Agro Fed Producer Company Limited

So, Piplu Agro Fed Producer Company Limited is basically a group of us coming together. We are set up at C/O Sitaram Jat, who is Bodu Lal’s son, over in Lalarniya. It’s a local operation, through and through. We don’t have those polished speeches or big fancy goals that some companies talk about. We just want to make sure the producers in our group get a fair shake. Sitaram has been around here forever and knows the land well. Most of the time, we’re just sitting around discussing how to get the crops moved or dealing with the latest government rules that come our way. The office is really just a room where we keep our records and meet up. It’s quiet out in Lalarniya compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. We use simple English and talk plainly with everyone who comes through the door. If a neighbor has a problem with their yield, we listen. We are all in this together, really. Being a producer company means we understand the struggles of the small farmer because that’s who we are. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a bunch of folks trying to get the best out of the soil. Piplu Agro Fed is just our way of staying organized and helping each other out. It's not always easy, but we keep at it day after day without making a big fuss about things.
