Pink City Telecom

We are located at No. 817 in Shivaji Nagar, over in the Civil Lines area. It’s a decent part of town to be in. Pink City Telecom has been around for a while now. We mostly spend our days dealing with phones and everything that goes with them. People come in with all sorts of issues, like cracked screens or batteries that just won't hold a charge anymore. We see a lot of the same faces since we’re in a residential neighborhood. It’s nice to know the people who live nearby. The shop isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. We’ve got shelves with various bits and pieces and a small counter where we talk to customers. Sometimes it gets a little crowded when three or four people come in at once. We just handle them one by one. There’s no rush, really. We try to be straightforward about what we can do and how long it’ll take. Civil Lines is a busy area, but our street stays relatively calm compared to the main roads. We open up every morning and stick to a regular routine. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just focus on the phones and making sure people can get back to their calls and messages without too much trouble. It's just a normal shop where we try to stay busy and help out.
