People Search

People Search is located right at Nursery Circle 312 in Vaishali Nagar. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We’ve been here at number 312 for quite a while, and we’ve seen the circle get busier and busier every year. Our job is pretty much what the name says—we look for people. Mostly for companies that need a specific kind of help. It’s a lot of searching through databases and making phone calls to see who is available. The office is pretty simple. We have a few desks and a place for people to sit while they wait for their turn. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old photos of the team from a few years back. We like being in Vaishali Nagar because there’s always somewhere to get a good snack or a cup of tea nearby. The team is just a few of us who have worked in recruitment for a long time. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act more important than we are. We just do the work. Some days are slow, and we spend time tidying up the files, and other days we barely have time to breathe because the phones won't stop ringing. That’s just the nature of this business.
