Pawanyog Masala Llp is a small business we started in a basement in Jaipur. Our shop is No. 1 in Govind Vihar. We chose masalas because every kitchen in Rajasthan uses them every single day. There’s no big factory behind us. It is just a local operation where we handle the spices ourselves. The basement can get a bit dusty from all the grinding, but it smells wonderful. We wanted to stay local, so we picked this spot in Govind Vihar to set up our base. We aren't trying to compete with the huge brands you see on TV. We just want to provide something decent that people in the neighborhood can use for their daily cooking. Sometimes we run out of certain things or the delivery takes an extra day because we are small. That’s just the reality of how we work.
