Param Mineral Industries

Our place is in the Unnati Tower, right in the middle of the Central Spine in Vidhyadhar Nagar. Jaipur is a major hub for minerals and stones, and we’ve been a small part of that industry for some time now. Our office at 432 is where all the daily planning and the paperwork happens. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for our small team to work comfortably. We spend most of our time on the phone with transporters or dealing with the logistics of moving materials from one place to another. Mining and minerals can be a messy and dusty business, but we try to keep the office relatively clean and organized. We have some samples of different ores on the shelves, but mostly it's just desks, chairs, and a lot of ledgers. We don't really have a corporate vibe here. It feels more like a group of people who have known each other for a long time just working together to get things done. We don't use a lot of business jargon or try to sound more important than we are. If there's a problem with a shipment, we just talk it through and try to find a solution. The building gets quite hot during the summer months, so the AC is always running in the background. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Jaipur. We just want to keep things running smoothly.
