Packwell Polymers (I) Pvt Ltd

Our place, Packwell Polymers (I) Pvt Ltd, is over in the Bindayaka Industrial Area. We are at F-137 on Road No. 5 in Phase-II. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where all the manufacturing happens. We work with plastics and polymers, mostly making sure the production lines are running like they should. The machines can be quite loud, so you get used to shouting over the hum of the motors. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The office part is just a small section partitioned off from the main area where the stocks are kept. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the materials coming in and the products going out. Sometimes the raw material prices jump around, which makes things a bit stressful, but we just keep going. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us for a long time. They know the machines better than anyone. We don't have a big corporate team or anything. It's just us making sure the orders for the bags and sheets are filled correctly. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, making loading the trucks a bit of a chore. But that’s just part of being in an industrial phase. We just stay focused on the work at hand and try to keep things moving.
