We work out of E-86 Shastri Nagar. This is a residential area that has a lot of small businesses tucked away. We handle exports from here. Most of our day is spent making sure the items are packed correctly and the paperwork matches. It is a quiet street compared to the main roads. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks at the delivery trucks, which can be a bit distracting. We have a small team here. We use the front room as our main office and the back area for storage and packing. It is not a huge corporate setup. It is just a practical place to get work done. We start early to avoid the midday heat. The fans are always running in the summer. We drink a lot of water and tea while we go through the lists. Shipping things abroad takes a lot of patience. There is always a form to sign or a carrier to call. We have gotten used to the rhythm of it over the years. Some days are slower than others. When it rains, the street gets a bit muddy, but we still manage to get the goods out. We don't have any flashy signs outside. Most people around here know us just by seeing the vans come and go. It is a basic setup but it works for what we do every day. We usually close up around six and the commute home is never too bad.
