ORCA The Lounge

ORCA The Lounge is situated on Tonk Road at SB 52. We wanted to have a place where people could come to relax after a long day of work. Tonk Road is always moving, so having a spot like ours feels necessary. We didn't go for anything too over-the-top with the decor. It’s just comfortable seating and a bit of a vibe. We spend a lot of time making sure the atmosphere stays right for whoever walks in. It’s not a corporate chain, so we do things our own way. Sometimes we change the lighting or move the furniture around just to see what feels better. We see all kinds of people here, from students to folks finishing up their shifts. It’s a mixed crowd. We mostly stay in the background making sure things are running smoothly. If the music is too loud or the drinks aren't right, we fix it. We don't have a big mission statement written on the wall. We just want you to have a decent time while you’re here. Working at SB 52 has its ups and downs with the traffic, but we’ve made it our home. It’s a simple place to sit down and forget about the outside for a bit. We are just a few friends who decided to open a lounge together. Some nights are better than others, but we're always here. It's not a luxury club, just a local lounge where you can be yourself.
