Om Kirayana & General Store

I have been running this place at 68A Vishv Nagar for quite some time now. It is right on New Sanganer Road, so the front of the shop gets pretty busy during the mornings when everyone is heading out for work. People stop by for basic things, maybe some pulses or tea leaves, or sometimes they just want to see if we have fresh stock of whatever they need for dinner. It is not a huge shop, just a regular kirayana store where you can find the usual household items. I spend most of my day behind the counter, rearranging packets on the shelves or checking what is running low. The neighbors are good people and they have been coming here for many years. Sometimes the delivery trucks arrive late and things get a bit messy with cardboard boxes everywhere, but we manage to clear it up. It is just how it goes in a small business. You keep things tidy as much as you can, wait for the customers, and make sure you have the basics ready. There is always someone popping in for a last-minute item they forgot to buy elsewhere. I like the routine of it, opening up early and seeing the same faces every day. It feels right to be part of the local community here on New Sanganer Road. Nothing fancy, just Om Kirayana & General Store doing what we do every day. It gets hot in the afternoons so things slow down, then pick up again in the evening.
