Office Coordintor

You can find our office at A-1 in Krishna Nagar, right by the Gandhi Nagar Mode in Jaipur. It is a well-known area, so most people do not have much trouble finding us. We work as coordinators, which means we spend our time making sure everything stays organized for the people we work with. Whether it is scheduling or managing supplies, there is always something that needs to be sorted out. The office is a simple room with a couple of big desks and a lot of post-it notes stuck everywhere. We have a calendar on the wall that is always full of scribbled appointments and deadlines. Jaipur is a busy city, and being near Gandhi Nagar Mode means there is always something happening outside our door. We are a small group of people who have been working together for a long time. We do not have a polished corporate look; we just have our coffee mugs and our computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different vendors and making sure deliveries are on time. It is the kind of work that requires you to keep a lot of things in your head at once. We do not need a lot of praise for what we do, we just like it when a plan comes together and everything runs smoothly. It is just a normal day for us.
