O Dot Agritech Private Limited

Our office is up on the sixth floor of the Arg North Avenue building on Sikar Road. It’s shop number 631. Being up that high gives a bit of a view of the traffic below, which is always moving. We deal with the tech side of farming. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or talking on the phone with people in the fields. It’s a bit of a mix between the digital world and the dirt of the farm. The elevator in this building is sometimes slow, so we get to know the other people working on this floor while we wait. We started O Dot because we saw how hard it was for farmers to get the right info. We don’t have fancy furniture, just some desks and chairs that work. The coffee here isn't great, but it keeps us going. It’s a small space but we make it work. We have a lot of charts on the walls showing different areas we cover. Sikar Road is always loud, but once the door is shut, it’s just us working. We don’t do big presentations. We just show people how the tools work on their phones. It’s practical stuff. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a project or help a client who’s having trouble. It’s just how it goes in this line of work. We usually have lunch together at our desks while we discuss the latest software updates or shipping logs for the week.
