Noorani Hotel

Noorani Hotel has been sitting here in Raja Park for a good bit of time now. You can find us over in Amagar, Shakti Colony, which is a busy little area. We aren't one of those big chain hotels with glass walls, just a local spot where people come to stay or grab a meal. Most days, I’m behind the counter or checking on the rooms to make sure everything is okay. It’s a lot of work keeping up with everything, but it's what we do. The street outside can get pretty loud with all the traffic, but inside it’s usually alright. We have a few rooms and a kitchen that stays pretty busy during the dinner hours. People around here know us by name, which is nice. We don't spend money on fancy signs or anything like that. The furniture is a bit old now, but it’s sturdy and does the job. My cousin helps out with the cooking most nights. We just try to make sure guests have what they need without making a big fuss about it. If you happen to be in Shakti Colony and need a place, you’ll see our sign. It’s a simple life running a place like this, but we’re used to the pace of Raja Park by now. We usually have the tea ready early in the morning for anyone staying with us or just passing by on their way to work at the nearby shops and markets.
