Our office, N.K.Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., is situated at 7-Ta-26, right by Rajapark Pulia in Jawahar Nagar. It’s a spot that’s easy to find if you know the Pulia. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few rooms where we keep our plans and documents. It’s usually a bit dusty because of all the files and people coming in and out, but that’s just how it is. We aren't big on decorations or making things look fancy. We just need a place to sit and talk about our projects. Most days, you’ll find us looking at drawings or talking on the phone with people at different sites. It’s a busy environment but not in a stressful way, more like a productive one. The location in Rajapark is good for us because it’s central to many of the places we work. We’ve been at 7-Ta-26 for a good amount of time, and the locals know where we are. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything; we just focus on the buildings and the work we have in front of us. Sometimes the tea man comes by, and we take a quick break, but otherwise, we’re mostly just working. It’s a simple, honest place to work from. We like being part of the Jawahar Nagar community and just doing our part as a small business. It keeps us busy and we are fine with how things are going. We just do the work.
