We are located at B 19, Shiv Marg, in the Bani Park area. The building is called Data Niwas. It’s a well-known spot in a nice part of town. Nirban Virendra Singh Kunwar is the name we go by. This isn't a typical business office with cubicles and fluorescent lights. It’s got a more personal feel to it, being in Data Niwas. We’ve been here for many years, and the space has grown with us. There are books and files tucked into every corner. We spend a lot of our time dealing with various administrative things and meeting with people who know us. Bani Park is a bit more relaxed than the center of the city, which we appreciate. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just speak plainly about what we do. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't make big promises or use complicated jargon. If you walk into Data Niwas, you’ll find us just doing our regular daily routines. The furniture is a bit old, but it’s sturdy and does the job. We like being part of the community here on Shiv Marg. It’s a steady, quiet existence for our business. We usually keep the windows open to let the breeze in during the cooler months when it's not too dusty.
