Our place is located in the Ratna Sagar Complex, specifically at B-14 on Bhomiya Ka Rasta. It’s right in the heart of Johari Bazar in Jaipur. If you know the city, you know how crowded and lively Johari Bazar is. It’s famous for all the jewelry and textiles, so being here puts us right in the middle of everything. We do export work, mostly small items that we can pack and ship easily. The alleyways around Bhomiya Ka Rasta are very narrow, so we can’t bring big trucks right to the door. We have to use carts or small tempos to move our goods out to the main road. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes, especially when the festivals are going on and the streets are packed with people. Inside the complex, it’s a bit quieter. Our office is small but we’ve made it work. There are stacks of boxes near the entrance most days. We spend a lot of time talking to local artisans and checking the pieces they bring us. Jaipur has so much talent, and we just try to get those things out to other markets. We drink a lot of tea with the other shop owners in the building. It’s a community feel here. We’ve been at this address for several years and don't see ourselves moving anytime soon. It’s just the right spot for what we do.
