Nidhi Chaturvedi

Nidhi Chaturvedi runs the show at 51/364 in Pratap Nagar, Sector 5. If you know this part of Jaipur, you know it’s a lot of residential blocks mixed with small offices. We fit right in. Our space is functional and simple. We don’t spend money on decorations because that’s not what we’re here for. We’re here to work. Nidhi is usually the first one in and the last to leave. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy. Some days the phones don't stop ringing, and other days it’s just the sound of us typing away. We’ve lived in this area for years, so we know the local shops and the best places to grab a quick lunch. The neighbors are mostly families, so it stays relatively peaceful. We don’t have any big corporate goals or five-year plans. We just want to make sure the work we do today is good enough to stand on its own. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always fix them. That’s just being human. We don’t hide behind fancy emails or automated messages. If you have a question, you just ask. It’s a direct way of doing things that saves everyone a lot of time. The office gets a lot of light in the morning, which is nice. We don't have a lot of rules, as long as the work gets done and people are treated fairly. We like being part of the community.
