Our place is in Ward No. 13, in the town of Dhod. It is a small town, so most people know where we are located without needing a map. We are a producer company made up of local farmers who wanted to have a better way to sell what we grow. Most of us have lived in Dhod our whole lives and we know the land around here very well. Our office is a simple room in Ward 13 where we meet up to discuss things like the price of seeds or how the weather is looking for the mustard crop. We don't have any big-city luxuries like air conditioning or fancy office chairs. It is mostly just us sitting around a table with some tea, trying to figure out the best way to help our members. We spend a lot of our days out visiting the different farms to see how the crops are coming along. We try to buy our supplies together so it's cheaper and then sell the harvest as a group. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes it feels like we are moving slowly, but we are making it work for our families. We are just local people trying to make sure that the farming life here in Dhod stays strong. We don't do any self-promotion; we just focus on the daily tasks of running the company and supporting the neighbors.
