Navashakti Farming Life (Opc) Privatelimited is situated over in Devcolony, specifically in Ward No. 06 of Nathawala 2 Ml. It is a quiet spot, which is good for focusing on the farming side of life. Since this is an One Person Company, it is a very personal endeavor. I handle most of the things myself, from checking the fields to doing the taxes. It gets lonely sometimes, but there is always something that needs doing. My neighbor occasionally helps me out when I have a heavy load to move. The office is just a small room with a desk and a view of the local area. I don't have a big team or a fancy marketing department. It’s just me trying to make a living from the land and help others do the same. I spend a lot of time outside, so if you come by and I’m not there, I’m probably just out back. The weather dictates my schedule more than the clock does. Some seasons are better than others, and I’ve learned to take the bad with the good. I don’t have any slick presentations or corporate goals. I just want to grow healthy things and keep the business running for another year. It’s a basic life, and that is exactly what I wanted when I started Navashakti. It is just a person and the land doing the best we can.
