Naukricom Info Edge India Ltd is based at Bani Park Sjs Highway 605. This location is quite a bit different from the crowded city markets. Being out by the highway means we have a bit more breathing room, though the sound of the trucks going by is a constant background noise. The building is large and has a very functional feel to it. We spend most of our time here managing information and keeping the systems running. It’s a lot of data entry and checking records, so the office is mostly rows of desks with monitors and a lot of wires running along the floor. We try to keep things organized, but when you’re dealing with as much information as we do, there’s always a bit of chaos somewhere. There is a small break room where we eat lunch, and the talk is usually about cricket or what’s on TV. We aren't the type of office that has team-building exercises or fancy outings. We just come in, do the work that needs to be done, and go home. The light in the office is a bit bright and fluorescent, which can be tiring by the end of the day, but you get used to it. The 605 address is easy to find, which is good because we have people coming in for interviews or meetings pretty regularly. It’s a busy place, but it is a good kind of busy for us.
