It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the other side of the city, but it’s a good spot once you get here. We spend our time doing training sessions and helping people figure out their jobs. The space isn't huge, but we have enough chairs for the students and job seekers who come in. We’ve got some old computers and a lot of notebooks lying around the desks. It feels like a real place of learning, even if it’s a bit cluttered sometimes. We don't put on airs here. We just sit down with whoever walks through the door and see what skills they have. Sometimes we have to tell people things they don't want to hear about their resumes, but that's just part of being helpful. The Agarwal Farm area is pretty busy, so there's always something going on outside our window. We’ve been here at 111/445 for a while and the neighbors know us by name now. We aren't some high-tech firm with glass walls. We are just people trying to pass on what we know to others so they can get ahead in their careers. It’s rewarding when someone calls back to say they finally got the job they wanted. That’s why we keep the lights on and keep showing up every morning. It's just a regular day-to-day business for us, and we are fine with that.
