Narendra Singh Rathore

My name is Narendra Singh Rathore and my business is located at 8 Sitapura Industrial Area, over in Mahaveer Nagar near Tonk Road. It’s right near the Gupta Fracture Clinic, which is a landmark most people use to find us. Working in Sitapura means dealing with a lot of noise and heat, but that’s the reality of an industrial zone. I’ve been working from this spot for a long time now. Most of my day is spent on the shop floor or talking to the workers about the current tasks. We don't have any fancy reception area or air-conditioned lounges. It’s just a place where work gets done. Whether we are dealing with materials or managing a project, it takes a lot of effort to keep everything on schedule. Tonk Road is always busy, so getting to and from the site can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. I usually start early before the sun gets too high and stay until the last job for the day is finished. We have a small team here, and most of them have been with me for years. We don't go for big talk; we just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes clients come by to check on the progress, and we just show them what’s happening on the floor. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s how I’ve always done things here in Mahaveer Nagar.
