Sikar Road is a long stretch of road, and if you look for G 63, that’s where you’ll find me, Mukesh Shastri. This part of the city is always moving, with trucks and cars going by at all hours. My spot here isn't very large, but it’s enough space for what I need to do. I’ve got a sign out front so people don't miss the turn. The G block has a lot of different businesses, but G 63 is where I’ve planted my feet. Inside, it’s a bit cramped because I tend to keep a lot of stuff around. I should probably clear out some of the old files, but I always think I might need them later. It’s a very hands-on environment. I handle the door, the phone, and the work myself. People know Mukesh Shastri is going to be there most mornings by nine. It’s not the quietest place because of the Sikar Road traffic, but you get used to the hum after a while. I like that it’s easy for people to find once they know the landmark. There’s no pretense here. We just sit down, discuss what needs doing, and get to it. It’s a humble setup, but it’s been my base for years. Sometimes the power goes out and we just light a candle and keep talking. It's just how things are at G 63. No matter how busy it gets outside, we just keep going at our own pace inside these walls.
