Vikas Jyotish Kendra

We set up Vikas Jyotish Kendra at Ff-4J in the D A Colony, phase 3rd of Jhalana Doongari. It’s a bit of a quiet neighborhood compared to the main market. The office is small but it works for what we do. We have some chairs for people to sit while they wait. Usually, there’s some incense burning because it makes the place smell better. We spend a lot of time looking at charts and talking to folks who come in with questions. Some days nobody shows up, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. It’s just how it is. We don't use any fancy software or anything. It's mostly just books and paper. The light in the hallway is a bit dim, but once you're inside, it's fine. We’ve been in Jhalana Doongari for a while now. Most of the people around here know us by name. We don't promise anything crazy. We just look at what's there and tell people what we see. It’s a very simple operation. Sometimes we stay open late if someone really needs to talk. We drink a lot of chai during the day. It helps us stay focused. The building is a standard residential type converted into office space. It’s nothing special to look at, but it’s where we do our work. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the people who come to see us.
