Mukesh Chai Vala Private Limited

We are based out of Laxmi Niwas, specifically at 234/S-1 on the second floor. This is right in Ganesh Nagarmain, along the Jhotwara Niwaroo Road. Mukesh Chai Vala Private Limited is the name on the papers, but most people just see us as the local tea folks. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep and the building has been around for a while. It’s a busy area of Jhotwara, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. The office is usually piled with sacks of tea and paperwork. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and trying to get the right leaves. It’s a lot of tasting and checking. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which makes things a bit slow, but we just wait it out. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or a big budget. Most people find out about us just by seeing the sign or hearing from someone else in the neighborhood. It’s a practical business. We get in early, do what needs doing, and head home once the work is finished. It’s not always easy, but it’s our job.
