Mtr Mohta Poultry Farm Private Limited is located over at Nawab Mohalla. We share space C/O Atul Kumar Maheshwari, so it is a bit of a local family setup. Being in a mohalla means everyone knows your business, and it is pretty loud during the day. We are focused on the poultry side of things, which means we are constantly dealing with the logistics of the farm and the birds. It is not like those big companies you see in the cities. Here, we talk to our neighbors and handle things face to face. Atul's place is where we gather to talk about the grain prices or how the last batch did. It gets pretty cramped sometimes with all the ledgers and notes piled up on the table. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the work gets finished before the sun goes down. Nawab Mohalla has its own rhythm, and we are just a part of it. Some days are slow, and some days we are running around trying to fix a broken fence or a delivery issue. It is just the way it goes. We have been operating this way for a while now and it seems to work for us. No one here wears a suit. We are usually just in our regular clothes, covered in a bit of dust from the road. We just try to keep things moving along each day.
