Mridul Goyal Shop

My shop is located on Plot No-B1/22 in Chitrakoot. That’s just off Gandhi Path in Vaishali Nagar. It’s a residential area mostly, so we get a lot of locals coming in. I’ve been running this place for a bit now. It’s a simple shop. Nothing too flashy about it. I spend most of my day behind the counter. The shelves are packed with all sorts of items. Sometimes it takes me a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for. Vaishali Nagar has grown a lot lately. There are more cars on Gandhi Path than there used to be. I remember when it was much quieter. I open up early in the morning and stay open until the sun goes down. It’s a one-man show for the most part. I do the ordering, the cleaning, and the selling. The floor is a bit worn out in the spots where people stand the most. I should probably fix that soon. People come in to chat as much as they do to buy things. It’s a community thing. I don’t have a website or any big ads. People just know I’m here. It’s an honest living. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon gets a bit much, but the fan keeps things moving. I just keep track of things in a notebook. It’s how I’ve always done it. It’s just the Mridul Goyal Shop, nothing more and nothing less.
