Morrice Seeds Agritech Private Limited is tucked away in Garedo Ki Dhani, which is part of Biharipura in the Jaipur district. You have to go past the main roads to find us, at Banwari Lal’s place. It’s a very rural setting, which makes sense because we are all about seeds and farming technology. We aren't some high-tech lab with people in white coats. We are mostly out in the fields or in the shed looking at how different crops are doing. Being in a "Dhani" means we are right in the heart of the farming community. We see what the farmers are going through every day because we are right there with them. We don't use any fancy business speak or try to sound like a big multinational. We’re just a small group of folks who wanted to bring some better farming ideas to our local area. It’s a lot of trial and error. Some things work and some don't, and we are honest about that. The weather in Rajasthan is always a big factor in what we do. We spend a lot of time worrying about the monsoon and the heat. Our company is really just an extension of the work we’ve always done. We handle the paperwork and the tech side so the farmers can focus on the growing. It’s a simple life out here in Biharipura, and we like it that way. No big city stress, just farming.
