Mayabay Garments Export Private Limited

We are over here in Malhotra Nagar on Road Number 1. It’s a busy part of Jaipur and there’s always something going on outside the gate of Plot 64. Most days start pretty early because that’s when it is coolest. We deal with garments mostly, getting things ready to send out to different places. It’s a lot of folding, checking labels, and making sure the boxes are taped up right before they go. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get the work done. Some of the guys have been working here for a while now and we know the tea stall guy around the corner pretty well. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets backed up, which can be a headache when the trucks are trying to get in. We just focus on the orders we have for the week. There is a lot of fabric everywhere, stacks of it in different colors. Jaipur gets really hot in the middle of the day so we try to keep the fans going. It isn't always easy keeping track of every single piece but we manage. We aren't a giant factory or anything, just a regular export place trying to stay busy. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual sewing or packing. That's just how it goes here in Rajasthan. We’ve been at this address for a bit and people in the neighborhood know us now. We just keep our heads down and work.
