We handle everything from the front desk to the maintenance ourselves mostly. It’s a private company, but it feels more like a local shop. We know the neighbors. Jhotwara has changed a lot, but we stay put at 69A. Sometimes the traffic is a bit much, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We aren't some corporate giant. We are just Masbu Resorts Private Limited. If something breaks, we fix it. If someone calls, we answer. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. People find us because we are right there in Patel Nagar. We keep the place clean and try to stay organized. It’s just a regular business run by regular people. We hope to stay here for a long time yet and keep serving the folks who stop by. We aren't perfect, but we try hard to get things right.
