Martand

We are over here at A-126 in Arjun Nagar Shouth. If you know where the Evergreen Pub School is, then we are right nearby in the Barkat Nagar area of Jaipur. It gets pretty dusty out here, especially in the late afternoons when the wind starts to pick up across the streets. The building we are in isn't brand new or anything fancy, but it works perfectly fine for what we need to do every day. I usually spend my morning getting the place ready and checking through any mail that came in. The light in the front room is okay, but the back area gets a bit dark if we don't keep the lamps switched on throughout the day. People sometimes get a bit lost looking for this specific street because the signs around here aren't always the best, but once you find the school, you are basically here. We have been at this address for a good while now. The desk in my corner has a little bit of a wobble that I still haven't gotten around to fixing. My chair is comfortable enough for the long days I spend sitting here. I usually go out to grab a hot tea from the stall just down the road around eleven o’clock. It is just a normal, day-to-day operation here at Martand. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and a few notes pinned up. It feels like a real local spot.
