You can find us over in Malviya Nagar, specifically in the Vinobha Vihar area of Jaipur. It’s a decent spot, fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which helps when we’re trying to concentrate on consulting work. We are at 281-D, so if you're coming down from Model Town, it's not too hard to spot once you know the turns. The building is just a regular house-style setup that we’ve converted into an office. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of notebooks. We don't go in for much decoration. In the summers, it gets incredibly hot like everywhere else in Jaipur, so the AC is usually humming in the background while we work. We spend a lot of time talking to clients and trying to provide some guidance on whatever they're stuck on. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes. We don't have any big slogans or corporate manuals. We just rely on what we’ve learned over the years. Some of us have lived in Jaipur our whole lives, so we know how things work locally. We usually take a lunch break and go get something from the local shops nearby. It’s a straightforward life here. We work hard, we talk to our neighbors, and we try to make sure we're doing right by the people who come to us for help. It’s not a complicated business model, just people talking to people every day.
