Manish Designer Pvt. Ltd. is based at Sanganeri Gate and we occupy units 708 and 709. Sanganeri Gate is a place with a lot of history and you can feel it when you walk around the area. It is a hub for design and traditional work and we are glad to be right in the middle of it. Our space is usually buzzing with the sound of machines or people talking about patterns. It’s not the quietest place to work but the energy is good for what we do. We have two units which helps us keep the production separate from the storage. Even then it feels like we are running out of room half the time. The workers here have been with us for years and they know the style we go for. We don't bother with corporate talk or fancy presentations. If someone wants to see what we do they just come by the gate and walk in. The stairs up to the units are a bit steep so you have to watch your step. Most days are spent looking at colors and making sure the prints are coming out okay. It is a lot of work but it’s what we know. Sanganeri Gate is our home and Manish Designer is just part of the daily life there. We try to get every design right before it leaves the shop. It is just how things have always been done in this part of town.
