Mahlaxmi Kirana & General Store

You can find Mahlaxmi Kirana & General Store over in Pawanputra H Colony, which is right near Navrang Motors in the Meenwala part of Jaipur. We are out on Sirsi Road, and it is a growing area with new houses coming up all the time. I have been running this place and seeing the neighborhood change around us. We keep all the basic general items and kirana stuff that people in 302021 need. From soap bars to big bags of flour, the shop is usually filled to the ceiling. It can get a bit messy when a new shipment comes in and I haven't had time to put everything on the shelves yet. I usually start the day by cleaning the counter and checking the milk delivery. Since we are near the main Sirsi Road, we get a lot of people stopping by who are just passing through. It is a bit loud with the car horns from the road, but you get used to it after a while. I don't have any assistants, so it is just me doing the weighing and the bagging. Sometimes my cousin comes by to sit and talk while I work. We have most things a house needs, so people don't have to drive all the way into the main city. It is a practical little shop, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep doing our thing day after day, making sure the local families have what they need for their homes.
