We’ve been based on Govindpura Main Road for a good while now, right near the P/O- Mansarovar and the NH-8 highway. It’s a noisy spot because of all the trucks passing by at night, but it’s where we do our work. Mahaveer Refractories And Minerals isn't some fancy setup with a glass lobby. We have a yard filled with minerals and refractory materials that we move around every day. It’s dusty and sometimes the heat from the sun makes the bricks almost too hot to touch. We spend our mornings checking the quality of what comes in from the mines. If something isn’t right, we have to sort it out by hand. It’s slow work but it's the only way to be sure about what we’re sending to the factories. Most of our guys have been here since we opened. We drink tea together under the shed when the afternoon sun gets too much. The highway makes it easy for deliveries to find us, even if the traffic is a nightmare during peak hours. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. People just know we are here on the main road if they need stones or firebricks. It’s a basic business run by people who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We just keep our heads down and get the job done without any fancy talk or corporate slogans.
