Mahalaxmi Kirana Store & Junral Store

Mahalaxmi Kirana Store & Junral Store is located over in Shastri Nagar, specifically on Kalwarad Road in the Jhotwara Chandra Nagar 9 area. It’s a typical corner shop where we sell all the general items you might need around the house. We’ve got soap, shampoo, biscuits, and those big glass jars full of candies that the kids like. The shop is a bit cramped because we try to fit so much stuff in there, but we know exactly where every item is kept. It’s a family-run place, so there’s usually one of us sitting there at all times. Jhotwara is a busy neighborhood and there’s always someone stopping by on their way home. We don't have a computer to track things, just a big ledger where we write things down. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the jars and the counter. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us connected to the community. We see the same faces every day, and we know who likes which brand of tea or which spice mix. We don't do any big promotions or anything. People come here because we're close by and they know they can get their daily supplies without any fuss. It’s just a simple life running a small shop in a busy part of the city, and we are happy with that.
