Mahadev Traders

Mahadev Traders is located on Renwal Road in Jobner. We have been operating from this spot for quite some time now, dealing mostly with the local trade and agricultural goods that come through this area. The building is simple with a wide front that makes it easy to load and unload goods from the tractors and trucks that pull up. Inside, it’s mostly open space filled with bags and containers. We don’t have a website or any fancy marketing; we just talk to the people who walk in or call us on the mobile. The wind in Jobner can get quite strong, often blowing dust into the shop, so we are always sweeping the floor to keep it somewhat clean. There is an old wooden table where we do all our paperwork and share tea with the regulars who stop by to chat. It’s a very local way of doing things, where a lot of business is done through simple conversation and a handshake. The tin roof makes a lot of noise when it rains, making it hard to hear anything else. We try to keep a good stock of what the farmers need so they don’t have to go all the way into the city. It’s a quiet life for the most part, following the seasons and the pace of the road outside. We just keep our heads down and handle the trade as it comes.
