Mafoi Manafement Consultants Ltd is based out here in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is a beautiful city to work in, even if it gets incredibly hot during the summer months. Our office is a place where we spend most of our daylight hours trying to figure out solutions for different management issues. We aren't a huge team, but we know each other well and have been working together for a while. The office vibe is pretty grounded. We don't go in for big corporate buzzwords or complicated hierarchies. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just grabs it and starts working. We have a lot of conversations over tea about how things are going in the city and what the latest changes are in our field. Most of our work involves looking at data and talking to clients on the phone. It’s not always glamorous, but it is necessary work. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the desks get covered in papers when we are particularly busy. We've stayed in Jaipur because it's a good place to live and the local community is great. We don't have a grand mission statement posted on the wall; we just try to be useful and get our tasks completed on time. It’s a straightforward approach to business that seems to suit us just fine here in Rajasthan. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
