Maa Vishino Engineering Works

We set up Maa Vishino Engineering Works right here on the stretch between Shah Pura and Jaipur on NH-8. It is a busy spot with lots of trucks passing through every single day. Most of the work we do involves metal repairs and making parts for people who stop by. We have been at this for a while now. The shop is usually dusty because of the road, but we stay busy. My brother and I handle most of the welding ourselves. Sometimes a farmer brings in a broken tractor part or a driver needs something fixed on his rig. We just get to work and do what needs doing. It is not fancy here, just a shed with some machines and tools scattered around. People know where to find us because we are right on the main highway. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot and usually keep the doors open until late evening. There is always noise from the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a few years. We do not spend much time on paperwork or computer stuff, mostly just working with our hands. If someone needs something made out of iron or steel, they come talk to us. We have got a couple of lathes and some old welding sets that still work fine. It is hard work, especially in the summer, but it keeps the family going. We just try to finish the jobs on time so folks can get back on the road.
